Welcome to Happy Feet Retreat Reflexology
A natural approach to dealing with the challenges of our body
My name is Fiona Magill, a Registered Adult Nurse and qualified Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist.
I developed an interest in Reflexology many years ago, but it wasn't until after a short period of ill health that i pursued my interest and enrolled as a student of Dorothy Kelly Academy of Reflexology. I successfully completed my training in September 2018.
I am based in Kilcoo, County Down in the heart of the country between Rathfriland and Castlewellan. My treatment room looks out at the Mourne Mountains, offering my clients a retreat to unwind and escape from the stresses of daily life.

Reflexology is a form of complementary therapy which helps to correct imbalances within the body. It is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg and hands correspond with different areas of the body. These areas are arranged in such a way as to form a map of the body on the feet. By using gentle pressure massage through specific thumb, finger and hand techniques on these areas, reflexes are stimulated. This brings about a state of deep relaxation and releases the body's own healing potential thus restoring balance.
Benefits of Reflexology:
Improves circulation
Improves mood
Aids relaxation
Aids sleep
Reduces pain
Boosts the immune system
Promotes well being

Each reflexology session last approximately 1 hour and are tailored to the needs of clients.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists
